Cauliflower Fried In Batter
|Refined flour||30 Gram|
|Fat||30 Gram (For Frying, Absorption)|
1. Parboil cauliflower in salted boiling water.
2. Drain and keep liquor.
3. Prepare a batter with egg, milk and flour using cauliflower liquor if more liquid is necessary.
4. Break cauliflower into floweret-tes. Dip in batter and deep fry.
5. Drain on paper. Serve hot.
