Basic Batter

Ingredients
  Self raising flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 Milliliter)
Directions

Place flour in medium bowl, make well in centre; add egg.
Add milk gradually while whisking; whisk until mixture is smooth.
Batter can be made in a blender or processor; blend or process until all ingredients are smooth.
