Batter Fried Flounder

Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Egg 1 , separated
  Egg 1 (separated)
  Flounder 2 Pound (boneless)
Directions

Sift flour, baking powder and salt into bowl.
Drop egg yolk in center; add 1/2 cup lukewarm water and 1 tablespoon melted fat.
Mix well.
Fold in beaten egg white.
Dip flounder into batter.
Fry at 365 degrees for about 6 minutes.
