Quick Fritter Batter
|Plain flour||2 Ounce|
|Tepid water||5 Tablespoon|
Mix sifted flour and salt gradually with water.
Beat in egg-yolk and oil until batter is smooth
Leave to stand at room temperature 2 hours.
Then whisk egg-white and fold into batter.
Use to coat fruit, such as apple slices, pineapple, bananas, etc.
