Eggless Coating Batter
|Plain flour||4 Ounce|
|Salad oil/Melted butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Warm water||5 Fluid Ounce (1 Gill, Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
Sift together the flour and salt.
Mix to a smooth consistency with the oil and water until the mixture is thick enough to beat.
Beat well; then add water until the mixture is of a consistency to coat the back of a wooden spoon.
Leave to stand for at least 50 min Just before using, stir in the baking powder.
