Beer Batter Shrimp
|Shrimp||1 Pound, cleaned and deveined|
|All purpose flour||4 Ounce|
|Oil||24 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
1. Mix beer and flour together.
2. Dip shrimp in batter.
3. Heat oil to boiling in a deep fat fryer or large and deep pot.
4. Fry shrimp a few at a time for about 10 minutes and place on a folded paper towel to remove grease.
5. Place parsley on a perforated ladle and quickly dip into oil.
