|Tomato||1 Small, peeled seeded and chopped|
|Cucumber||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced|
|Tarragon/1 tablespoon chopped parsley||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Place the bass on a piece of waxed paper large enough to enclose it completely.
Top the fish with all the remaining ingredients.
Fold the long sides of the paper over the fish and tuck the edges beneath, forming a tidy package.
Place on inverted plates and cook for 6 minutes on the highest setting.
Rotate the fish one-quarter of a turn after 3 minutes.
