Have you ever tried eating your Striped Bass as suggested here ! Do try if you still have'nt ! You are sure to fall for this yummy striped bass dish ! Your suggestions to improve this already fabulous fish side course are welcome !
Ingredients
  Bass 1 Pound, cleaned and boned
  Scallions 2 , finely chopped
  Tomato 1 Small, peeled seeded and chopped
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Tarragon/1 tablespoon chopped parsley 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Place the bass on a piece of waxed paper large enough to enclose it completely.
Top the fish with all the remaining ingredients.
Fold the long sides of the paper over the fish and tuck the edges beneath, forming a tidy package.
Place on inverted plates and cook for 6 minutes on the highest setting.
Rotate the fish one-quarter of a turn after 3 minutes.
