Blackened Bass

Blackened Bass is a simple and delicious side dish recipe which cannot just escape your guest's attention in any party. Why don’t you give it a try and let me know the experience.
  Bass fillets 1 Pound
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Hot sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Onion powder 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 2 Tablespoon
  Dried thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Red pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon

Rinse fillets with cold water; leave damp, and place in a shallow dish.
Combine 2 tablespoons water and hot sauce in a small bowl, pour over fillets.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours, turning once.
Combine next 7 ingredients.
Remove fillets from marinade, discarding marinade, dredge in spices to coot well.
Coat a large cast-iron skillet with cooking spray, add margarine, and place over high heat until margarine melts.
Add fillets, and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side, turning carefully.
