Mint-Stuffed Striped Bass

Ingredients
  Dressed striped bass/Other fish 4 Pound
  Dry bread cubes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Dried mint 1 Teaspoon
  Dried basil leaves 14 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Thaw frozen fish.
Place in well-greased shallow baking pan.
Combine bread cubes, mint, 1/2 teaspoon salt, basil, and dash pepper.
In small saucepan cook garlic in butter 1 minute.
Add to stuffing mixture with 14 cup water and 2 teaspoons lemon juice; toss lightly.
Stuff fish loosely with mixture.
Combine salad oil and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Brush fish with mixture.
Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
Baste occasionally with oil mixture.
