Sea Bass With Herb Butter

Ingredients
  Sea bass fillets 2 Pound
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 6 Tablespoon, unsalted, softened
  Unsalted butter 6 Tablespoon
  Chopped shallots 1 Tablespoon
  Shallots 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped chives 2 Tablespoon
  Chives 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Anchovy fillets 3 , chopped
  Capers 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Season the plank
2. Preheat the plank to 350°.
3. Wash the fish fillets
4. In a large bowl, tip in the mixture of the crushed garlic, olive oil and lemon juice.
5. Marinate the fish in the marinade for 2 hours

MAKING
6. In a blender bowl, tip in the butter, shallots, parsley, chives, anchovies, the capers and the chopped garlic. Process to form a smooth puree
7. Cover and set aside
8. Place the fish fillets in the depression of the wood plank
9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or till required

SERVING
10. Serve hot immediately with herbed butter or chopped herbs and toasted bread.
