Bass In Bouillon
|Whole bass||3 Pound, cleaned|
|White wine||1 Pint|
|Onion||1 , sliced|
1) In a pan, combine water, wine, vinegar, onion, and seasoning and let it boil.
2) In a cheesecloth, wrap the fish and lower gently into the pan.
3) Cook the fish for 15-20 minutes or until done ensuring the liquid never boils.
4) When done, gently lift the fish from the liquid.
5) Garnish fish with parsley, lemon slices, and serve.
