Badischer Bass

Would you like to try a delicious Badischer Bass recipe? Best enjoyed as a Side Dish this recipe was taught to me by a dear friend who also happens to be a great chef. A good way to use up Fish is to make some irresistible Badischer Bass. The approximate time required for making Badischer Bass is not more than 40 minutes. A family favorite that is feasted upon every weekend, this Badischer Bass recipe should not be missed!
Ingredients
  Bass fillets 4
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Horseradish 3 Tablespoon
  Cheese 4 Tablespoon, grated
  Pepper To Taste
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven

MAKING
2. In a large bowl, place the fillets and sprinkle with salt and lemon juice and set aside to chill.
3. Drain just before serving. Place in buttered baking dish; sprinkle with additional lemon juice.
4. Combine sour cream, horseradish, cheese and pepper; spread over bass. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve hot
