|Sour cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cheese||4 Tablespoon, grated|
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Preheat the oven
2. In a large bowl, place the fillets and sprinkle with salt and lemon juice and set aside to chill.
3. Drain just before serving. Place in buttered baking dish; sprinkle with additional lemon juice.
4. Combine sour cream, horseradish, cheese and pepper; spread over bass. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
5. Serve hot
