Ingredients
  Bass 4 Pound
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely diced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 2 Drop
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mushrooms 6 Ounce (Broiled In Butter)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the grill

MAKING
2. Place bass on double sheet of heavy-duty foil; bring foil up around fish.
3. Combine remaining ingredients, heat. Pour hot sauce over fish.
4. Fold foil securely. Place on grill 4 inches above coals. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily

SERVING
5. Serve hot
