Ingredients
  Bass 1
  White vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Allspice 4 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 2
  Butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), melted
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Place dressed fish in saucepan; cover with water. Add vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt, onion, allspice and bay leaves. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
2. Bring to a boil; cook for 5 to 8 minutes longer. Remove fish to platter; skin, bone and cut into serving pieces. Combine butter, lemon juice and salt to taste; pour over fish.

SERVING
3. Garnish with parsley.
