Best Bass….this is truly the best bass recipe that I have ever had. Marinated and fried it is succulent with all the juices and flavors perfectly preserved. A seafood lover's dream come true dish.
Ingredients
  Bass fillets 6
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 100 Gram
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cooking oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely ground
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Soak fish in milk for at least 3 hours and then drain the fish and season with salt and pepper

MAKING
2. Roll the fish in flour and drizzle with lemon juice and hot sauce
3. Heat in oil and fry on both sides till light brown.
4. Sprinkle with nuts

SERVING
5. Serve hot
