Ingredients
  Bass 4 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Bread cubes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon
  Melted butter 4 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Rub dressed bass inside and outside with 1 teaspoon salt and lemon juice and set aside to marinate for one hour
2. Preheat the oven

MAKING
3. Mix bread cubes, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, thyme, monosodium glutamate, 3 table- spoons melted butter, egg and onion; stuff bass cavity and then close it with skewers. Place in a baking pan and then brush with melted butter. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes

SERVING
4. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges and serve hot
