Broiled Freshwater Bass
|Almonds||3 Tablespoon, shaved (blanched)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, minced|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Preheat the grill
2. Cut bass to make 8 fillets.
3. Place in broiler pan, skin side up. Brown under broiler; turn fillets. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. Dot with butter
4. Cover bottom of pan with small amount of water. Continue broiling until fish flakes easily.
5. Serve hot
