Bass Cocktail

Ingredients
  Bass fillets 2 Pound
  Catsup 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Horseradish 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Bake fillets in baking dish until fish is cooked (20 to 30 minutes).
Flake fish into bowl.
Mix together remaining ingredients, then stir into flaked fish.
Chill well before serving.
