Broiled Barbecued Sea Bass
|Low sodium tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned diced green chili peppers/Canned diced jalapeno peppers||3 Tablespoon|
|Fat free italian salad dressing||2 Tablespoon (Clear Style)|
|Finely chopped onions||1 Tablespoon|
|Reduced sodium worcestershire||2 Teaspoon|
|Sea bass steaks||16 Ounce (Each 4 Ounces And 1 Inch Thick)|
For the sauce, in a small bowl, stir together the tomato sauce, chili or jalapeno peppers, salad dressing, onions, honey and Worcestershire sauce.
Transfer 1 cup of the mixture to a small saucepan and set aside until just before serving.
Spray the rack of a broiling pan with no-stick spray.
Place the bass on the rack.
Broil 3" to 4" from the heat for 4 minutes.
Turn the bass over and generously brush with the remaining sauce.
Broil for 6 to 8 minutes more or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, brushing occasionally with the remaining sauce.
