Ginger Steamed Sea Bass

Ingredients
  Ginger broth 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chilean sea bass 2 Pound
  Red onion 1 , sliced
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), julienned
  Fresh spinach leaves 4 Ounce
  Sweet and spicy soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Ginger Broth: Place 8 ounces fresh chopped ginger and 8 ounces sliced onion in to 1 quart water.
Simmer for about 1/2 hour; strain.
