Browned Basil New Potatoes

Browned Basil New Potatoes is one of my hot favorites and is a dish quite easy to prepare. Red potatoes and seasonings combine to form this a royale dish. Just give this yummy Browned Basil New Potatoes a try.
Ingredients
  Red potatoes 2 1⁄2 Pound
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Fresh basil leaves 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), thinly sliced
  Freshly ground pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook potatoes in boiling water 15 minutes or until tender; drain.
Let cool slightly, and quarter potatoes.
Set aside.
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add potatoes and garlic; saute 7 minutes or until potatoes are browned.
Remove from heat.
Add basil, pepper, and salt; toss gently.
