Lemon Basil Halibut

Ingredients
  Halibut 24 Ounce
  Halibut steaks 24 Ounce (4 Steaks Of 6 Ounce Each)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Low fat margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Basil 1 Tablespoon, finley minced
  Fresh basil 1 Tablespoon, finley minced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Green onion 1 Tablespoon, finley minced
  Nonfat cooking spray 1
Directions

MAKING
1.Coat grill with cooking spray.
2. Preheat grill for 5 minutes.
3.Put the steaks in the grill and season with paprika.
4. Grill the steaks for 6 to 8 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
5.Take a small bowl, and mix together green onion, lemon juice, basil, and margarine.

SERVING
6.Take 4 plates and place one steak on each.
7.Top the steak with a dollop of lemon-basil butter and serve.
