Basil Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Water 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Tamari 2 Milliliter (1/2 Teaspoon)
  Dried basil 1 Milliliter (1/4 Teaspoon)
  Fresh basil 15 Milliliter, chopped (1 Tablespoon)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Clean the mushrooms by removing the dirt from them with a brush
2. Slice the mushrooms and set aside

MAKING
3. In a small bowl, tip in the water, tamari, basil and mix well
4. Pour this mixture over the mushrooms and mix well again.
5. In a large skillet, tip in the mushrooms and the mixture and heat well
6. Steam stir till the mushrooms are done and the water has evaporated

SERVING
7. Serve hot
