Sliced Tomatoes With Mozzarella And Basil

Ingredients
  Very ripe tomatoes 6 Large, cut into 1/3 - inch slices
  Fresh mozzarella 1 Pound, cut in 1/3-inch slices
  Basil sprigs 6 (Small-Leaf Variety Preferable)
  Green olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Coarse salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) On a serving platter place alternating slices of tomatoes and mozzarella.
2) Then top the tomatoes and mozarella with basil.

SERVING
3) Now sprinkle olive oil,season with required salt and pepper and serve.
