Fisherman's Pot In Basil

Ingredients
  Carrots 2 , peeled
  Courgette 1 Small, washed
  French beans 4 Ounce (100 Grams)
  Butter 3 Ounce (75 Grams)
  Water 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Shallots 2 , peeled and sliced
  Oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Dry white wine 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Scallops 4 , shelled
  Plaice fillets 4 Small
  Prawns 6 Ounce, peeled (175 Grams)
  Basil leaves 6 , chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cut and dice the vegetables, discard the stones of the courgettes.
2) Half the french beans.

MAKING
3) Take a glass casserole dish and add 25g butter, carrots, french beans, and water.
4) Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes on power.
5) Now add the courgettes and cook for 3 minutes on power or until tender, keep aside.
6) Take a glass dish, heat oil, and stir fry shallots for 1 minute on power.
7) Drizzle white wine and add scallops, prawns, and plaice fillets.
8) Season with salt and pepper.
9) Cook for 4 minutes on power and then pour the cooking juice into a small dish.
10) Beat in the remaining butter and cook for 30 seconds.

SERVING
11) Garnish with chopped basil.
12) Serve hot with the vegetables.
