|Loosely packed fresh basil leaves||2 Cup (32 tbs), washed (Thoroughly Dried)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||4 1⁄2 Ounce|
Place basil and Parmesan in a blender or food processor.
Process with on-off bursts until mixture looks like green sawdust.
Cover and refrigerate for up to a month, or freeze for longer storage.
Scoop out spoonfuls as needed.
