Baked Tomato Slices With Cheese And Basil Leaves
|Tomato slices||16 (Large Red And Thick)|
|Strong cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), grated|
|Onion rings||20 (Large And Thick)|
|Coarsely ground black pepper||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil/Peanut oil||4 Tablespoon|
Arrange the tomato slices in a baking tray greased with olive oil. Sprinkle salt and crush the basil leaves and sprinkle them also over the tomato slices. Sprinkle pinches of sugar over the tomatoes. Drizzle some oil over them. Top with grated cheese and pop into an already hot oven. Bake at 380Â°F (Â°C) until golden and brown.
