Roasted Plum Tomatoes With Fresh Basil

Ingredients
  Plum tomatoes/Null 1 1⁄4 Pound, cored and halved lengthwise (6 In Number)
  Extra virgin olive oil/Null 2 Teaspoon (Null)
  Dried oregano/Null 1 Teaspoon (Null)
  Salt/Null 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Null)
  Freshly ground pepper/Null 1⁄8 Teaspoon (Null)
  Fresh basil leaves/Null 12 (Null)
Directions

1 Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a shallow baking pan with olive oil nonstick spray.
2 Combine the tomatoes, oil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl; toss well. Arrange the tomatoes, cut-side up, in the baking pan. Roast until the tomatoes are tender and the skins wrinkle, 38-40 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter and top each tomato half with a basil leaf.
