Mini Caprese Salad

  Mini mozzarella balls 16 Ounce (Use Fresh Ones)
  Grape tomatoes 1 Pound (Alpine Fresh)
  Shredded fresh basil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White balsamic vinegar 6 Tablespoon
  Red pepper flakes 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 2 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon

1. In a large glass or nonreactive bowl, combine mozzarella, tomatoes and basil.
2. In a separate small bowl, blend olive oil, vinegar, red pepper flakes, garlic salt and oregano.
3. Stir the dressing into the salad
