Tomato Basil Squares

Ingredients
  Refrigerated pie crust 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Grated mozzarella cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Divided)
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Fresh basil leaves 3 Tablespoon, chopped
  Mayonnaise 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Plum tomatoes 4 , thinly sliced
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Roll out dough onto rectangular baking sheet, creating a giant crust.
Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over crust.
In medium bowl mix remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, basil, mayonnaise, and garlic.
Set aside.
Place tomatoes on crust with cheese.
Make sure they are side by side and do not overlap.
Cover entire crust.
Spread mayonnaise mixture on top of tomato cheese crust.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
