Mozzarella Marinated With Basil And Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Mozzarella cheese 12 Ounce (Preferably Fresh)
  Fresh basil leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs), packed
  Sun dried tomatoes in oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained and cut into strips
  Olive oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Preferably Extra Virgin)
Directions

1. Cut mozzarella into 1/4-inch slices. In a glass bowl layer slices alternately with basil and sun-dried tomatoes. Cover with olive oil. Marinate in refrigerator 2 to 3 days.
2. Using a slotted spoon, remove mozzarella, basil, and sun-dried tomatoes from oil.
