Tomato Basil Bisque
|Tomatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs), peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped|
|Vegetable broth/Chicken broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Snipped basil/1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed||2 Tablespoon|
1 In a blender container or food processor bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, broth, and tomato sauce. Cover and blend or process until smooth. Stir in basil. Cover; chill until serving time.
