Herb Barley Casserole

Ingredients
  Uncooked barley 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Instant beef bouillon 1 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Rosemary leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Heat oven to 400°.
Mix all ingredients in un-greased T 1/2 i quart casserole.
Cover tightly; bake 45 minutes.
(To serve immediately, continue baking until liquid is absorbed and barley is tender, about 15 minutes.) Cover and refrigerate.
35 minutes before serving, heat oven to 400°.
Stir 1/2 cup water into Herb Barley Casserole.
Cover tightly; bake until barley is tender, about 30 minutes.
