Barley Wheat Crepes

I tried these Barley Wheat Crepes for breakfast with fresh green salads and shredded cheese ! Try out these Barley Wheat Crepes with any other filling of your choice and tell me if you liked them!
  Wheat flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Barley flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 2 Teaspoon

Reduce whole wheat flour to 3/4 cup and add 1/2 cup barley flour.
Combine the flour in a blender and set aside for at least 2 hours.
Brush crepe pan, 6 or 7-inch skillet, with melted butter.
Spoon batter in pan as thin as possible, using about 1/4 scant cup.
Twirl pan to spread.
Brown lightly, turn and brown the other side.
Brush pan lightly with melted oil or butter for each baking.
