Turkey And Barley Deluxe

Ingredients
  Low fat plain yogurt 8 Ounce (1 Carton, Or As Required)
  Reduced sodium soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic clove 1 Small, finely minced
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Barley 3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked, cooled
  Turkey breast 3⁄4 Pound, cooked, cubed
  Frozen pea pods 10 Ounce, cooked and well drained
  Fresh corn 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
  Canned pimentos 2 Ounce, diced, drained (1 Jar)
  Lettuce leaves 3 (As Required)
  Black pepper To Taste, freshly ground
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, soy sauce, garlic and ginger together.
2) Then stir in the barley, turkey, pea pods, pimentos and corn, until evenly coated.
3) Cover and place in the refrigerator for few hours or overnight.

SERVING
4) Serve chilled on individual serving plates.
