BARLEY AND MUSHROOMS

Ingredients
  Whole barley 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Stock 1 1⁄4 Pint
  Onions 2
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Herbs 1 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Brewers yeast 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Prepare mushrooms and slice.
Saute onions in oil until soft, then add mush- rooms and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from oil, and stir the barley into the same oil.
Cook for 10 mins.
stirring to coat well with oil.
Grease casserole and mix in all the ingredients.
Cover and bake at 350°F.
for 35 minutes.
