Bikini Bars

Bikini Bars are out of this world in taste. The ideal mix of sweetened condensed milk, vanilla few grains salt, desiccated coconut, chopped dates, chopped nuts, chopped maraschino cherries, makes the taste celestial. The butter icing on the unsweetened chocolate gives a very pleasing look to our Bikni bar.
Ingredients
  Sweetened condensed milk 1⁄2 Can (5 oz) (2/3 Cup, Eagle Brand)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste (Few Grains)
  Desiccated coconut 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Chopped dates 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped maraschino cherries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter icing 2 Tablespoon
  Unsweetened chocolate square 1 Ounce (1 Square)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Stir sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and salt together.
Add coconut, dates, nuts and cherries; mix well.
Spoon into 8 x 8 x 2 Inch pan which has been greased, lined with paper and greased again.
Bake in moderate oven 30 minutes.
Cool 2 to 3 minutes before removing from pan; peel off paper.
Cool.
Cover with butter icing.
Melt chocolate in small dish over hot water and drizzle over icing.
Cut into finger length bars.
