Chocolate-Topped Oatmeal Bars
|Coconut almond frosting mix/Chinese wheat flour noodles, cooked / 4 to 5 cups hot cooked rice||12 Ounce (1 Package Pillsbury)|
|Rolled oats||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Solid shortening/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs), softened|
|Semi sweet chocolate pieces||6 Ounce (1 Package Or 1 Cup)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Peanut butter||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350Â°F.
In large bowl, blend first four ingredients at low speed until crumbly.
Press mixture into ungreased 15x10 inch jelly roll pan or 13x9 inch pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes until light golden brown.
In small saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate pieces and peanut butter.
Stir constantly until chocolate pieces are melted.
Spread over bars.
Chil cut into bars
