Chewy Graham-Coconut Bars

Ingredients
  Packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Egg 1
  Vanilla 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Graham cracker crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (About 9 Squares)
  Flaked coconut 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Grease bottom only of oblong baking dish, 12 x 71/2 x 2 inches.
Mix brown sugar, margarine, egg and vanilla.
Stir in flour, graham cracker crumbs, coconut, nuts and salt.
Spread evenly in baking dish.
Microwave uncovered 3 minutes; turn dish one half turn.
Microwave until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 2 to 3 minutes.
(Parts of dough will appear very moist, but these parts will continue to cook while standing.)
Cool thoroughly; cut into bars, about 2x1 1/2 inches.
