Fruit Filled Bars

Ingredients
  Dates 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), pitted, chopped
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Unsweetened prune juice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , rind grated
Directions

Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
Cook gently until thick.
Cool.
After fruit filling is spread over dough, cover with remaining dough.
Bake at 400° F. for 20 to 25 minutes.
When cool, cut into bars
