Fruit Filled Bars

|Dates||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), pitted, chopped|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Unsweetened prune juice||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Lemon||1 , rind grated|
Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
Cook gently until thick.
After fruit filling is spread over dough, cover with remaining dough.
Bake at 400Â° F. for 20 to 25 minutes.
When cool, cut into bars
