|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Granny smith apples||5 , peeled and diced|
|Walnuts chopped||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||2 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Blend well eggs and sugar until sugar has dissolved.
Add oil; flour, cinnamon, soda and salt andbeat until well mixed.
Mix in apples and nuts.
Spread in ungreased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes.
Cool in pan, cut in squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
