Ingredients
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whole-grain flours 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (rye, buckwheat, corn, wheat)
  Oatmeal 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
Directions

Combine honey and oil.
Add rest of ingredients.
Mix until batter has a crumb like texture.
Spread half the batter in oiled rectangular pan.
Cover with filling below.
