Chocolate-Topped Oatmeal Bars
|Coconut pecan frosting mix||9 9⁄10 Ounce|
|Regular oats||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Uncooked)|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs), melted|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Semisweet chocolate morsels||6 Ounce|
|Crunchy peanut butter||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Combine frosting mix, oats, butter, and sugar, stir until blended.
Press into an ungreased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking pan, bake at 350Â° for 18 to 20 minutes.
Combine chocolate morsels and peanut butter in top of a double boiler, bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cook until chocolate melts.
Spread over oat layer.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Cut into bars.
