|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Honey/Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon flavor||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Milk/Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||3 Cup (48 tbs) (For Frying)|
|All purpose flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Maple frost||3 Tablespoon (For Glazing)|
In Bosch bowl, soften yeast in 1/4 cup water.
Add the margarine, sugar or honey, eggs, salt, vanilla, lemon flavoring, milk or water, and flours.
Knead 10 minutes.
Cover, and let rise 1 hour.
Stir down, and turn out onto a lightly oiled surface.
Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness, and cut into oblong shapes, approximately 3 inches long.
Deepfat fry in 360Â° F.cooking oil until golden brown.
Drain on paper toweling.
While still warm, glaze with Maple Frosting.
