Crisp 'And' Chewy Bars
|Marshmallows||6 , cut into pieces|
|Toasties/Sugar krinkles||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Post)|
|Chocolate square/Use 1 cup of baker's semi sweet chocolate chips.||8 (Bakers Dot)|
Line bottom of 9x4x3-inch loaf pan with waxed paper, letting paper extend in 2-inch tabs at each end.
Arrange marshmallows in pan and fill spaces between marshmallows with cereal.
Heat chocolate over hot water until partly melted.
Then remove from hot water and stir rapidly until the chocolate is entirely melted.
Pour evenly over the contents of pan, using a fork to distribute the chocolate throughout.
Tap pan several times to settle chocolate.
Let stand in a cool place.
When chocolate has hardened, run a sharp knife around sides of pan and lift out confection with paper tabs.
Cut in 2x1-inch bars.
