Raspberry Bars

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Raspberry preserves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cream butter and margarine; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
Add egg yolks; blend well.
Add flour; mix thoroughly.
Stir in walnuts.
Spread one-third of batter in a greased 9-inch square pan.
Drop preserves by spoonfuls over batter, and spread almost to edges of pan.
Completely Cover preserves with remaining batter.
Bake at 325° for 50 minutes or until golden.
Cool and cut into bars.
