Raw Cookie Dough-To-Go Bars

Ingredients
  Raw chocolate pieces/Cacao nibs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pitted dates 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), soaked at least 10 minutes (Reserve the water, in case you need more liquid)
  Vanilla powder 1 Pinch
  Cashew/Almonds or walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch (Ecuadorian salt)
Directions

MAKING
1. Blend the dates, nut, salt and vanilla in a food processor.
2. Stir in the chocolate pieces by hand.
3. Press into a bag as shown in the video, flatten with your hand, shape and chill.

SERVING
4. Serve Raw Cookie bars for snack.
