Ingredients
  Dates 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried unsweetened cherries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raw pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Place all the 3 ingredients into a food processor, mix until the ingredients start to ball up and clump together.
2. Scrape out the mixture onto plastic wrap. Give the shape of a bar.
3. Wrap the bar and place it in the freezer for 60 minutes.

SERVING
4. Cut the bar into pieces and serve.
