1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (or any other nuts of your choice)
Deglet nour dates
8 , pitted and chopped
Natural peanut butter
1. Pit and chop the dates.
2. In a food processor, mix and pulverize the dates, hazelnuts, honey and peanut butter, to a smooth consistency.
3. On a flat chopping board, lay a piece of plastic wrap and put some amount of the dates mixture on top of it. Shape into a bar, using a butter knife and a spatula.
4. Wrap the plastic wrap around the energy bars and freeze them in the refrigerator.
5. Can be had straight after a workout or during a road trip, as a quick pick me up snack!
