Raspberry Bars

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raspberry preserve 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a bowl mix together the butter and the margarine
2) Using the electric beater, beat in the sugar till light and fluffy
3) Add in the egg yolks and beat well to combine
4) Add in the flour and continue to mix well
5) Stir in the walnuts
6) Into a 9 inch square pan, grease with butter
7) Spoon 1/3 of the mixture into the pan, and spread evenly
8) Add in spoonfuls of the preserve and top with remaining batter
9) Cover the top with the preserve
10) Bake at 325 F for 50 minutes
11) Once cool cut into 24 bars

SERVING
12) Serve with a glass of milk
